Last Thursday the ABC Young Leaders gathered to listen to the project management team from Harkins Builders as they talked about their work on the recently completed Brightview Senior Living facility in Hunt Valley.
In addition to Harkins Builders’ Ryan Cooke, the panel featured a representative from Brightview and BCT Architects as they relived the project’s challenges and great successes. The panelists were able to ask questions and glean insight on how challenges turn into opportunities and how working together as a team is paramount in this industry.
The event was also attended by this year’s Professional Development Program class. The PDP program is a six month long program designed to give the participants a series of workshops, network opportunities, mentoring and community service projects for the rising young professional.
