Mary Easto, long-time friend and champion of the Merit Shop and ABC passed away recently.
ABC is sadden to report that long-time accountant and office manager with Lewis Contractors (then, Henry H. Lewis Contractors) passed away recently. Mary also served as the 1999 Chair for ABC Baltimore, having been at the time, only the second woman to ever be elected to serve in that role. According to Lewis Contractors, Mary was one of Henry Lewis’ very first hires. Tyler Tate, president of Lewis Contractors said that Mary “had incredible talent, a wonderful spirit and great loyalty to the company and her colleagues.”
