Four of the region’s top General Contractors candidly provided insight on how company decisions are made during the pre-construction process. Subcontractors weighed in with many questions and walked away with a better perspective about what happens behind-the-scenes between when bids are submitted until the time of award.
Despite an at times spirited discussion, the tone remained respectful throughout the hour-long event.
