Group volunteers at the Believe in Tomorrow House
Last week, the Young Leaders of ABC committee visited the Believe in Tomorrow House, a temporary home for families with children receiving care at Johns Hopkins Children’s Hospital.
About a dozen young professionals volunteered by cooking ¬Ëœbreakfast for dinner’ for the families staying in the home and brought toys to the children.
“It feels so great to make a small difference for the families staying in the Believe in Tomorrow house especially around the holidays,” said Brittany Chaapel of ABC Baltimore. “We wanted to help make it feel like home to those families.”
