Company:  I work for CSI Support and Development. CSI is A non-profit developer and owner of affordable seniors housing.

Job Description:  CSI has buildings in Michigan, California, Maryland and Massachusetts. I am responsible for the Massachusetts and Maryland properties.  My responsibilities include renovations of existing apartment buildings, new development and acquisitions of existing buildings.

How did you get involved with ABC?  As a young person, many decades ago, I worked for a small general contractor in Baltimore who sent me to ABC classes. Later in my career I decided it was time to give back to the community and decided to become an active member of ABC.

What is your passion as a board member? My passion as a board member Is to be a collaborative member of the board and support the goals and growth of ABC, especially ABC Baltimore.

What are your goals for the future of ABC? My goals for the future of ABC are to support the membership and education of new firms entering the construction field and the ensure the growth of the ABC trades training program.

What hobbies/interests do you have? I enjoy spending time with my wife and adult children. I enjoy outdoor sports and have been a lifetime woodworker, cabinetmaker and wooden boatbuilder.  My longest single project is the ongoing restoration of my 18th Century home which I started in 1973 and which I promised my wife, is almost done. Just a few more small projects.
