Congratulations to DPR Construction on winning ABC’s GC Project of the Year Award for construction of the MedStar Bel Air Medical Campus!
This project included the construction of a free-standing medical campus in Bel Air, Maryland. The scope of work included new site work development on an 11-acre site. The building is a three-story steel structure with brick masonry and metal panels used throughout the primary skin system. The two-story lobby is constructed of curtainwall and metal panels with a TPO roof on the entire building.
