Kristen Schrader has joined Harkins as business development manager of the commercial group.
After starting her career as a receptionist at a civil engineering firm, Schrader’s initiative made her quickly stand out. Over time, Schrader’s colleagues and mentors recognized her customer service and business development skills. Prior to joining Harkins, Schrader served as the business development manager of the Mid-Atlantic region for KBE Building Corporation.
Schrader gives back to the community through her involvement with several organizations that seek to further women in the commercial real estate field: She is the 2019 President-Elect of CREW Baltimore, co-founded the Urban Land Institute (ULI) of Baltimore Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI), and is the chair of the ULI Baltimore WLI committee.
