Let’s learn a bit more about Debra:
Debra Mirabile is the President, co-founder, and majority owner of DSM Contracting, a full service civil and site development company specializing in municipal and commercial work. Her firm has recently certified as a woman-owned business with both the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) as an MBE, and with the City of Baltimore as a WBE. Debra serves on the Board of Directors of ABC Baltimore and is also a member of the Women’s Committee of ABC Baltimore (WABC), the ABC Baltimore Diversity Council, and an ABC National Legislative Sub-Committee.
She holds a bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, a master’s Degree from the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, and several industry trade certifications. Debra lives in Baltimore County with her husband and two school-aged children.
