In March of 2020, HMS Insurance Associates Inc., Aronson LLC and Neuberger & Company partnered to develop an in-depth survey for contractors to assess the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the industry. With over 100 responses, we have identified key trends, impacts and lessons learned, which have been presented in the article. We have found the key takeaways and risk management strategies can be useful for the construction industry in the current environment as well as the post-pandemic world.
