It means being part of a growing, successful community with like-minded women who share many of the same qualities. The women in construction I’ve had the pleasure to meet are resilient, determined, ambitious, and confident.
How can you help educate young women that may be considering entering the industry or that don’t know about opportunities in the industry?
Try out an internship to see what part of the industry entices you! It will help get your foot in the door. Keep in mind that the opportunities for women in construction are endless.
