What made you want to join the construction industry?
I didn’t necessary want to join the construction industry but they have a need for leasing vehicles and equipment.
What does being a woman in construction mean to you?
To me it is like any other industry that I have worked in. Most are male dominated and I have learned how to negotiate the terrain.
How can you help educate young women that may be considering entering the industry or that don’t know about opportunities in the industry?
I have written an article that may be helpful that is a basic overview of the industry. I am available to mentor or to answer questions from any woman who is thinking of entering the construction industry.
