What made you want to join the construction industry?
The fast paced nature, puzzles to solve, and the fact that three electricians could operate very differently encouraged me to join the construction industry.
What does being a woman in construction mean to you?
Being a woman in the construction industry means that I have overcome a certain barrier – the industry is still dominated by men. I am humbled to work with all of the great, strategic thinkers both male and female.
How can you help educate young women that may be considering entering the industry or that don’t know about opportunities in the industry?
Through my work with many different types of businesses in the construction industry I can help open their eyes to the multitude of opportunity.
