What made you want to join the construction industry?
I always had a passion for construction, I had done many renovations projects over the years while having another full-time job.
What does being a woman in construction mean to you?
I like that times are changing, I love seeing many more women in construction, I like that I am helping that change. Soon men will not dismiss women to talk to the man in charge.
How can you help educate young women that may be considering entering the industry or that don’t know about opportunities in the industry?
By supporting organizations like ABC, the more society sees that more women are in construction the less intimidating other women will feel into choosing a career in this field.
